We serve on the buffet line and monitor the area to insure that the first guest and the last guest through the line have the same food experience. We can also provide sit down service with wait staff, as well as rentals of linen, china, flatware, and glassware. .It is our goal to meet or exceed your expectations. If there is something we can do to help your experience be better, please let us know and please tell a friend about us! If there is something you would like to have on your menu but do not see it on the site, please ask. We want every menu to be specific to a customer's preferences and needs.

We offer creative custom menus, top notch service and an attention to detail to make any event, large or small an unforgettable occasion. 

John Feitz, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY will personally help you design a menu to meet both your taste as well as your budget. Your menu is only restricted by your imagination.
